If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment and have booked online, you have the option to ‘Change’ and to ‘Cancel’ from our website booking portal or Healthengine App.
We kindly request that you provide us with at least 2 hours’ prior notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to efficiently manage and accommodate other patients in need of care.
Any appointment cancellations within 2 hours may be subject to a no show fee of $50. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Fasting is when you consume no food or drinks, with the exception of water, for a set period of time. You will be advised to fast for 8-12 hours before a blood test (if it includes a glucose or lipid profile component) to produce the most accurate results. If you have not been advised by your doctor to fast, then fasting prior to your testing is not required.
Routine pathology is generally processed within 48 hours of collection, however, specialised testing can take several days. Speak with our doctors for more details prior to your test. It will usually take up to 2-3 days for test results and reports (i.e blood tests, ultrasounds, X-Rays, CT scans, etc.) to be sent through to the doctors. Please call us to check if blood test results have arrived earlier, then make a follow-up appointment with our doctors to discuss the outcomes of your tests.
Vaccines, suturing, ear syringing, all dressings and other procedures may incur additional fees.
Our doctors will inform you before proceeding with different specific services such as Care Plans & Mental Health Treatment Plans.
All consultation fees are paid upfront prior to your appointment.
Telehealth appointments booked with Reception must be paid over the phone at the time of booking.
Telehealth appointments booked online will be billed after the consultation.
All payments must be made by Credit/Debit Card only; cash is not accepted. All card types (except AMEX) are welcome.
Your Medicare rebate can be claimed immediately onsite after your consultation. Please ensure that you bring your physical Debit Card with you on the day of consultation for rebate claiming. Medicare will not accept Credit Cards for onsite Medicare Easyclaim rebate.
If you do not have the debit card with you, we can also submit the rebate claim online on your behalf. Medicare will take a few business days to approve and pay directly into your savings account.
If, for some reason, you have not received the rebate after a long period of time, please upload your Tax Invoice onto the Medicare App or call Medicare directly for follow-up.

Our practice delivers the highest level of patient medical care, which includes longer consultations and minimal waiting times with your doctor. We are a mixed billing clinic and our goal is to reduce waiting times as much as possible. We provide same-day appointments, online booking options, eScripts, and an excellent recall system. Fees are payable at the time of consultation by any Credit Card or Eftpos (excluding Cash or Amex). The fees charged by the doctors correspond to the duration, complexity and nature of the visit.
Children under 12 years old, Pensioners or DVA card holders are bulk-billed on weekdays. All other patients are privately billed including on Saturdays. All NEW patients are billed privately on their first consultation.
We aim to provide same-day appointments to all walk-in patients. If immediate availability is not possible and you’re willing to wait, our doctors will try to fit you in between scheduled appointments. Although we strive to accommodate all patients, please note that we may not be able to fit in walk-in patients near closing time or on particularly busy days. This fee covers the expenses of various items utilised during the procedure, including disposable surgical equipment, dressings, sutures, local anaesthetic, and cryotherapy. Your doctor will inform you of the out-of-pocket costs prior to commencing. For your safety and wellbeing, we only use sterile and disposable equipment.
This Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure fairness to both patients who are kept waiting for appointments as well as our doctors who are striving to meet the demand for their services. When a patient does not show for a scheduled appointment, other patients lose the opportunity to be seen.

In order to uphold the highest standard of care, we require a follow-up appointment for all test results.
Please note that our reception staff are unable to provide results over the phone. We kindly ask you to schedule either a GP Phone Consult or a Face-to-Face appointment to discuss your results.
