Change of Mind Returns

All change of mind returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and include a valid proof of purchase. We offer the following options for eligible returns:

  • Exchange: Swap your item for an alternative product.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:

  • Items were purchased directly through our website and not from other clinics.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, including wrapping and box.
  • Sale, promotional items, and products purchased with a coupon or promotional code are not eligible for return.

Please note, return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Upon receiving your returned products, we will inspect them for quality and hygiene. If the products are opened or used, we will not be able to process an exchange or store credit.

Faulty or Defective Item Returns

If you receive a defective product, please contact our Reception within 30 days of purchase, provide proof of purchase to arrange a replacement or refund.

We offer the following options for faulty items:

  • Exchange: Replace the defective product.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.
  • Refund: Get a refund for the defective product.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

For returns due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover return shipping costs. Your refund will be processed within four weeks after handing the package to the return shipper. In many cases, you may receive the refund more quickly. This time frame includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive the return.
  • 3 to 5 business days to process your return once we receive it
  • 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Shipping

We ship exclusively via Australia Post. All orders qualify for free shipping on purchases over $99, with no additional weight-based charges. This offer is only valid for orders shipped within Australia.
